October 26: Opening ceremony, keynote report and unveiling ceremony of Hubei Overseas Chinese Affairs Think Tank in the morning; group discussion, conference summary and closing ceremony in the afternoon.
October 27: Academic visit in the morning, leaving the meeting in the afternoon.

The theme of this conference is “Global Overseas Chinese Youth and Chinese Cultural Community”, with the following sub-topics:
1. New situation and trend of global overseas Chinese youth development
2. Overseas Chinese youth and Chinese culture dissemination, inheritance methods and practice investigation under the new situation.
3. New ideas to promote the shaping of the Chinese cultural community among overseas Chinese youth at present
4. Discussion on the path and mechanism of cultivating the cultural community of overseas Chinese youth in the central region.
5. Development Status of Overseas Chinese Youth in Hubei Province
6.Comparative Study on the Specialties of Overseas Chinese Youth Groups in Hubei Province
7. Study on Overseas Chinese in Hubei Province
8. Overseas Chinese Youth in Coastal Areas Research and Practice Reference
